The New England Carpenters Pension Fund was established in June 1962 to provide retirement benefits to supplement
Social Security.
Under various collective bargaining agreements, signatory employers make contributions to the Fund on behalf
of their Carpenter, Millwright, Piledriver, and Floorcoverer employees.
Benefits are provided to vested participants at retirement or sooner if a Union member becomes permanently disabled from working at the trade. To earn a Pension credit, a member must work a minimum of 1400 hours in any calendar year. The following Pension benefits are offered through the Fund:
Regular Pension
Early Pension
Disability Pension
Vested Pension
Pro-rata Pension
Service Pension
For more information about Pension benefits, please contact the Fund office at 1-800-344-1515
(press option 4, then option 1) to speak to a customer service representative.
